This place is a part of the surrounding Orange Country metro area. Originally, Los Alamitos was an Indian village inhabited by the Puvu Indians, then in 1960, they incorporated the town of Los Alamitos.
There are several recreational activities that the city can offer, not just its many shopping centers and restaurants.
