Cypress
Cypress was originally named Waterville because of the presence of artesian wells in the area; they changed it to Dairy City by local dairy farmers during that time, and then in 1957, residents changed the name to Cypress.
It was in 1981 when the City of Cypress started its annual birthday celebration. They call the event the Cypress Community Festival, which is still held every fourth Saturday in July. Some attractions in Cypress and nearby locations include the Cypress Community Center, Veterans Park, Cypress Community Festival, Rancho Los Alamitos Museum, Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden, among others. Trees in Cypress are a dime in a dozen. That's why you should hire a professional tree care company like OC Tree Service Pros to perform your trimming and maintenance. |
